Cleanliness and attention to detail.

I was disappointed with the lack of safety measures in the bathroom. There were no safety bars at all was nice. The uncomfortable chairs in the room added to the discomfort of my stay. To, leaving us with limited snack options.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. I always appreciate this. The room was very clean which was also a plus. We had a great time there. It was very nice.

The soap dispensers were not reliable, and the soap was harsh for my skin. Breakfast was a little skimpy. Fruit or hard boiled eggs would be nice.

Loved the rooms, they were pet-friendly with king beds. Everywhere there was fairly clean.

I had a fantastic stay with an amazing indoor pool and fun game room! The decor was cozy and inviting, but I wish the room had better seating options.

This place suits me perfectly! The indoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and game room. On my first visit, the staff kindly helped me with my suitcases. Definitely coming back for my next business trip!

We loved the comfy bed and the pillows were as good as the ones at home!

Couple's getaway gem

The indoor pool was great after a long day outdoors! And the friendly staff were accommodating.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but it was still acceptable.

Bed too soft

Staff was friendly and food at the restaurant (Salt Hill Pub)next door was very good.

Vending machines were not stocked and the soda machine was totally out for the entire 15 days I was there. Was told that a manager that had the keys to it was on vacation. Had to switch chairs in the room twice because they were so worn that staples holding the arm cushions were poking through and would stab your hand when you put pressure on them. Brochures very out dated and referred to the restaurant next door by an older name two owners ago.

The pool area was pristine and warm. The lobby notably featured a cozy fireplace and a complimentary coffee station. There was limited seating comfort in the room, which dampened relaxation. The absence of an extensive breakfast option was surprising, although having a microwave and fridge was convenient. This stay definitely offered a charming experience overall.

I liked that the adventure park was very close by.

I wish there were more things to do locally.

This is a very dependable good value hotel. We stay here with our kids every time we come to ski at Sunapee.

Everything was great! Wish we could have 2 King size beds on second floor- they are only available on ground level.

Charming decor throughout the hotel reminded me of a cozy home.
